Digital waste tracking is now mandatory for receiversThe guide

Arrange the load.
Let confirm it from one link.

You book the collection, another company carries it, and the paperwork still has to come back to you. With LoadSnap you give the job to one of your carriers, they are emailed a link with no account to make, and they sign the transfer note on it and send a photo of the receiving site's ticket. The weight is read off the photo and lands on your job, ready to invoice.

Everything a broker has to keep, in one place.

Give a job to another company

Pick one of your saved carriers, their price, and who the link goes to. No vehicles or schedule needed on your side.

One link, no account

Your carrier opens the email on a phone, signs the transfer note at collection, and downloads their copy.

Weight from the ticket

They photograph the receiving site's weighbridge ticket and the net weight is read off it. They never type it.

Registered carriers only

Carriers are checked against the public register when you save them, and you are warned if one has no registration number.

You on the note

Your business is printed as the broker on every transfer note, with the other company as the carrier.

What you keep

Your charge and their price sit side by side on each job, so you see what every load leaves you.

For your carrier

Nothing to download, nothing to sign up to.

The email carries one link. On it the person collecting sees where to go, what to take and where to tip it. They sign for the load, and the customer can sign on the same phone. Once it is tipped they photograph the site's ticket and they are done.

  • Signed at collection

The transfer note is written from your job and signed on the link, or they bring their own.

  • Their copy to keep

They download the signed note straight from the link.

  • Safe if it is forwarded

Each link works for one job and stops working when you send a new one.

For your office

See where every job has got to.

Each job carried by another company says where it is: link emailed, link opened, not opened on the day, waiting on the weight, or received. The ones that need you are counted on Jobs, and the customer's invoice waits until the weight is in.

  • Chase the right ones

A link not opened on the day of the job, or a weight that has not come in, is flagged.

  • Weight from their invoice

If the ticket only comes with the carrier's invoice, upload it on the job and the weight is read off it.

  • Invoice on the real weight

Nothing is billed on an estimate.

Your duty of care, kept

Proof every load you arranged went the right way.

As a broker you carry duty-of-care responsibility without ever touching the waste. LoadSnap keeps the evidence: who carried it, that they were registered, the signed note, where it was tipped and what it weighed.

  • Every movement on file

Producer, waste, carrier, receiving site and weight on one record.

  • Loads across a border

Shipments carry the Annex VII form for waste sent abroad.

  • Find a site or a carrier

Search permitted receiving sites and registered carriers near any address.

Before and after

From phone calls and photos in a group chat to one record.

Before, the phone and the inbox

After, LoadSnap

You ring the haulier to check they went.

The job says when the link was opened and when the load was signed for.

The transfer note turns up weeks later, if at all.

It is signed on the link the moment the load is collected.

The weight is copied off a blurry photo by hand.

It is read off the ticket photo and lands on the job.

Invoices go out on a guess and get credited later.

The customer's invoice waits for the real weight.

Questions

Brokers and dealers, answered.

01I never handle the waste. Why do I need this?
Brokers and dealers carry duty-of-care responsibility for every load they arrange. LoadSnap keeps the signed note, the carrier's registration, where the load was tipped and what it weighed, so you can show each load was handled properly.
02Does my carrier need LoadSnap?
No. They are emailed a link that works on its own. They sign the note on it and send a photo of the receiving site's ticket. There is no account to make and nothing to install.
03We have no vehicles of our own. Can we still use it?
Yes. Tick Broker on its own and every job you book is given to another company, with no vehicles, crews or schedule to set up.
04We also carry some loads ourselves. Is that covered?
Yes. Tick Carrier as well and each job asks who carries it: your own vehicle and crew, or another company. Your own loads run through the driver app as normal.
05How does the weight get to us?
From the receiving site's own weighbridge ticket. Your carrier photographs it on the link and the net weight is read off it. If it only comes later with their invoice, you upload it on the job instead, or type it.
06Who is named on the transfer note?
The producer, the other company as the carrier, the receiving site, and your business as the broker.
07Does it handle loads sent abroad?
Yes. Shipments hold the Annex VII form and its legs for waste sent abroad.
