Digital waste tracking is now mandatory for receiversThe guide

’s waste data,
finally legible.

Tonnage, carbon, diversion rates, revenue per stream - LoadSnap turns every logged load into reporting you can hand to a client, an auditor, or your board.

LoadSnap's reports view: jobs, money collected, records, overdue invoices and hires above charts for revenue by month and jobs by status

Reporting that earns its keep

Numbers for every audience.

Tonnage & throughput

By stream, site, customer, and period - the operational picture leadership actually asks for.

Diversion from landfill

Read off the disposal or recovery code recorded against each load, so the rate is what happened rather than an assumption. Tonnage with no route recorded is shown separately, never folded into either side.

Carbon reporting

Every load priced by its material and what was done with it, using the published UK government conversion factors. Emissions from treatment, and the saving against landfilling the same waste, both exportable for Scope 3.

Financial insight

Revenue, gate fees, and cost per tonne broken down however you run the business.

Compliance reporting

Consignee returns, hazardous summaries, and audit-ready movement logs in a click.

Export anywhere

CSV or PDF, on any plan, for any filtered view. Business and above read the same data through the API.

Producer-ready

Reports your clients can show their auditors.

Give every producer a branded monthly statement of exactly what left their site, where it went, and how it was treated - written from movements you've already logged.

  • Per-client environmental reports

Tonnage, diversion, and carbon, white-labelled to your brand.

  • Scheduled delivery

Reports land in inboxes automatically - monthly, quarterly, on demand.

  • Drill-down detail

Every headline number links back to the underlying movements.

Two colleagues at a site office table review a stack of printed monthly report pages over coffee.

Questions

Good to know.

01Where does the carbon data come from?
The published UK government conversion factors, the same table used for company greenhouse gas reporting, applied per load using the EWC code for the material and the disposal or recovery code for what happened to it. It is an estimate suitable for Scope 3, the source and year sit next to the figures, and a load with no route recorded is left out and counted separately rather than assumed.
02Can I build my own reports?
Yes - filter by site, stream, customer, carrier, or date range and save the view. Business and Enterprise add scheduled and white-labelled reports.
