01Is there an app to install?
Send the driver a link. 02Does it work offline?
Yes. Photos and forms captured without signal queue on the device and upload automatically when connectivity returns, so nothing is lost at the yard gate. The browser version also opens with no signal once it has been opened once; the iPhone and iPad app needs signal to open, then queues loads the same way.
