01Who is LoadSnap for?
Every UK waste business: carriers (including self-carriers, trades and mobile businesses that carry their own waste), receivers and permitted sites, and brokers and dealers. It is a full platform, not a light add-on, and scales from a single van to a multi-depot enterprise with API and white-label.
02Do you sell to waste producers?
No. Producers are not a buyer segment. The producer portal is a free, optionally white-labeled portal that carriers and receivers give to their producers for compliance visibility. A producer that carries its own waste is a self-carrier, and uses LoadSnap directly in that capacity.
03Is it only for small operators?
No. LoadSnap suits a one-van operation and a multi-depot enterprise alike. Larger operators get multi-site permissions, consolidated returns, API access and white-label.
04Does LoadSnap file to DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking?
Yes. LoadSnap files live to DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking (DWT), took part in its beta, and is listed on the GOV.UK report-receipt-of-waste software-provider list as Webhero - LoadSnap, with DEFRA submission included on every plan.
